The Sales Intern position is a temporary learning version of a full-time sales role, which we refer to as Technology Advisor.
The Sales Intern will learn sales prospecting, qualifying, proposals, proposal presentations, and managing decision making when working in complex technical solutions.
The overwhelming majority of the Sales Intern’s time will be spent on business development efforts using the telephone. The goal is to identify qualified opportunities, document those opportunities in the prospecting database, and when possible to schedule business meetings with decision makers. The Sales Intern will engage in business conversations with people in executive level positions, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, etc.
The Sales Intern will attend all business meetings they schedule, and will be invited to attend select business meetings that were scheduled by current Technology Advisors.
You will be compensated hourly, plus bonuses for scheduled meetings.
