The Customer Service Representative position serves as the initial contact between OP&F and its members, and the work performed directly ties to the mission of “securing the future for Ohio’s police and firefighters” by providing accurate information to active and retired members related to: membership, pension, disability, survivor, Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP), Member Self-Serve Web, and other inquiries. The position also confirms and updates member contact information to assist OP&F with effectively reaching members through various communication channels. As a result, members obtain information to help them access their benefits, according to OP&F’s plan design.
