Assists Director of Sales & Marketing to implement an effective marketing and public relations program designed to maintain full occupancy of the independent-living community, a healthy waiting list, and a positive image in the larger community, with emphasis on digital marketing. Performs all marketing and public relations functions in accordance with Kendal policies, state, and federal regulations, and sound business practices. Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing.
Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in non-profit work. One to three (3) years’ marketing experience. Ability to work with people and maintain confidentiality. High quality computer skills. Organizational, writing, and interviewing skills. Previous digital marketing experience preferred.
