Prepares and/or cooks food in bulk quantities to serve to patrons utilizing established menus. Preps food for daily operation and ensures safe food practices. Responsible for the cleaning of all kitchen equipment prior to opening and after closing. Also, may be responsible for the cleaning of dishes, utensils, and cooking tools.
At the time of application, applicants must:
1. Be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate; OR have completed the State requirements for a G.E.D. certificate.
2. Pass the employment physical established for this classification.
