We are currently looking for an Industrial Technology teacher at Illini Central High School (www.illinicentral.org). The current teaching assignments for the position include drafting, image editing, woodworking, advanced woodworking, carpentry, metals, and advanced metals. This position also teaches one section in the middle school (connected to the same building). Of course, these courses are subject to change depending on student interest and teacher skills.
We are a rural district in central Illinois, and we have a large workshop that is shared with the Ag department, and we work without local EFE to utilize Perkins funds to help support the program. We have a growing interest from students in this field, and we want to ensure that this program remains strong at ICHS.
