The Associate – Client Services (Associate) is accountable for assisting in the management and development of existing client relationships and ensuring that exceptional service is always provided to ADM clients.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Instrumental in successfully on-boarding new clients.
- Demonstrates account management tools, e.g. Secure Portal, to clients and prospects.
- Coordinates deposit, withdrawal, transfer requests, and vendor payments.
- Reviews account statements and other analytics with clients.
- Provides solutions and identifies opportunities for growth.
- Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge of core products and services and refers clients and prospects accordingly.
- Ability to travel to meet clients and prospects. Estimated travel time 5%.
- Assists with development of policies and procedures to standardize functions within the department and organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates professional conduct and interacts in a positive manner with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
- Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs to further develop knowledge and skills.

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- Communication
- Strong human relations skills to interface with staff at all levels inside/outside of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills required, as this role interacts with staff at all levels.
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical situations: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Computer Skills
- Ability to use various computer applications such as: MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
