Summit County Public Health is looking for an IT Intern to work up to 28 hours/week on-site in our Support Services division. The IT Intern provides assistance with end user support, technical troubleshooting, and various IT projects.
Candidates must be pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or be a recent graduate seeking practical experience in the field. Preferred candidates will have prior experience with hardware troubleshooting and the Windows operating system. Additionally, candidates should have strong organization and problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and accurately both verbally and in writing. Requirements of the position also include a valid driver’s license, automobile, and liability insurance.
