(New Graduate Training Program)
Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, their families and caregivers. We promote choice, independence, dignity and well-being through a range of services that help people remain in their homes for as long as possible.
COA is a state-designated Area Agency on Aging, serving a 5-county region. One call to COA links people to the wide variety of agencies, information and programs that serve older adults and people with disabilities.
COA has more than 300 employees, close to 300 contracted providers, and an annual budget of $102.7 million.

COA is looking for new college graduates interested in careers in Case Management. This program will begin on Monday, June 17, 2024 with a kickoff at Top Golf and there is a $2500 signing bonus.
The Case Management Track will last 6-9 months and include:
- Speakers
- Observations
- Check-in by leadership
- Group Challenges
- Provider Visits
- Shadowing different positions
- Visits to nursing homes and assisted living facilities
- Individual Projects
- Graduation Ceremony
Qualification Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc. or Ohio RN licensure
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren Counties.
- Proficient computer skills including the Windows operating systems, MS Word, MS Excel, data entry and the ability to learn new software applications as needed.
