In honor of Pride Month, we're highlighting some of our top-ranked employers for LGBTQ+ equity: Armanino, Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, and Schellman. McKinsey & Company

Akay Tuncak is the global manager of GLAM, McKinsey's LGBTQ+ network.
